Swinging your hips to the Latin American rhythms like salsa and reggaeton. That's HOLY Latin. Barefoot of course! Besides dance technique in a joyful (or sexy) choreography, attention is paid to ‘feeling instead of thinking’. How do you learn to let your body move to the music? How does ‘grounding’ feel?
