For the more intense dancers who love to sweat, sharp movements, and energy, there’s HOLY hip-hop. Under the guidance of Martina, you’ll learn various hip-hop styles and leave the class feeling satisfied. Choreographies are short and never the main goal of the lesson, but simply a means to learn specific movements and get your heart rate up. So, there’s no need to remember anything for weeks! Of course, there’s also a touch of holiness in this class: we set an intention each week, stay mindful in our bodies, and prioritize self-love.
