HOLY baby dance

During this dance class, you wear your baby in a carrier/sling, and the focus is on the connection between parent and child. Most babies enjoy being gently rocked while you move to a nice (adult!) beat. There’s no children’s music. Your baby will likely sleep or smile, but sometimes they may need to release some energy, and that’s okay too. You can lovingly stay present until your baby feels calm again.
Moreover, what many new parents especially need is a supportive community to share joys and challenges of parenthood. The dance class itself lasts 30-45 minutes, followed by intentionally scheduled time for bonding and play (both for the children and the parents).
